You're booking with a local owner-operator, not a faceless chain. Once you book, you'll get our cell number so we can answer any questions and work with you directly.
We deliver and pick up across the Kansas City metro. If you're not sure you're in range, send us your ZIP code when you book and we'll confirm.
The standard rental is two weeks, included in every package. Need more time? Pick a longer length at checkout, or just let us know. Extra weeks are billed at the weekly rate.
A rough guide: ~10 totes for a studio, ~15 for a 1-bedroom, ~25 for a 2-bedroom, ~35 for a 3-bedroom, ~45 for a 4-bedroom, and ~60 for a 5-bedroom home. When in doubt, size up. It's cheaper than running out mid-pack.
Just empty them out. We handle the sanitizing. Please don't use tape or permanent markers directly on the totes.
Normal wear is on us. Totes that are lost or damaged beyond normal use are charged at replacement cost, as outlined in our rental terms.
Securely by card. We confirm your delivery window first, then collect payment. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
